The technology allows for sheltered construction of the structure and envelope of high buildings that are made of either concrete or steel. Upbrella Construction offers turn-key management and construction services for major projects. The team includes project managers, superintendents, technical personnel and administrative managers.

Bâtimo is a promoter group and property manager dedicated to building superior-quality development and construction projects by partnering with investors and seeking out business opportunities. The company also offers full service accommodation and care for their network of retirement residences.

Claridge is a private investment firm headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. They have been active private equity investors for over five decades. The firm employs some 30 investment and administrative professionals.
