With the collaboration of these partners, Bâtimo and Claridge, High-Rise Montreal is redeveloping the former site of the Montreal Children’s Hospital.

After acquiring the former site from the Government of Quebec, the company sold part of the area to Devimco Immobilier. The two promoters have agreed on a distribution of the new project, which will be characterized by its mixed uses.

For its part, High-Rise Montreal will build a building that will include high-end condominium units, prestigious penthouses and a residence for the elderly. In addition, the company will restore the former nurses’ residence to create luxurious offices. This neo-classical pavilion will therefore be preserved thanks to his intervention. The envelope of the residence, including the doors and windows, will be restored.

This major project should be completed by 2020.
