With the collaboration of its partners, Bâtimo and Claridge, High-Rise Montreal is in the process of redeveloping the former site of the Montreal Children’s Hospital. After purchasing the former site from the Government of Quebec, the company resold parts of the property to Devimco Immobilier. The two promoters agreed on a breakdown of the new project that will be marked by its mixed uses.
High-Rise Montreal will build a complex that will include high-end condominium units, prestigious penthouses and a retirement home. Furthermore, the former nurses’ residence will be restored into a luxurious office space. This neoclassic pavilion will be preserved due to this intervention. The building’s envelope, including the doors and the windows, will be restored.
This large-scale project is expected to be completed by 2020.
